"Fully settled into prep mode at this point. Have gotten into a very standardized routine for everything in my life as I truly do prefer living bodybuilding Groundhog Day the last for the 10 weeks."

Nutrition: Made the first reduction in food 5 days ago. We took the carbs (100g from rice cereal) out of my last meal, and took 50g of rice (not carbs) from M5. We traded out the nut butter for high quality fish oil, as the ancillary benefits (hormone optimization, cardiovascular health, fat loss) far exceed the nut butter. The final change was taking 2 scoops of hydrolyzed isolate out and replacing it with 8oz of chicken (M1 and M6). I feel like we were at maintenance calories before this most recent change, but I am most definitely in a deficit now. Monitoring the situation daily with @bryan_troi and adding food when needed!

Training: been having a lot of fun training the last couple weeks. Been progressing my presses on push day, connecting better and better with my back movements, and enjoying a novel stimulus on leg days in the form of self torture on the @arsenal_strength pendulum.

About to be having even more fun because tomorrow morning we take delivery of our
@primefitnessusa pieces at the new @labradanutrition gym, and at that point we will be training there from then onšŸ™ŒšŸ» This weeks YouTube episode will have an in depth look at all the equipment so be sure to keep an eye out for that!
