Hassan Mostafa Crazy Transformation
African bodybuilder Hassan Mostafa is finally on right the track with a recent physique update as proof.
Hassan reminds me of a young Big Ramy. All the muscle in the world, no real gaps in his physique but he just can't get conditioned enough to win shows.
Having spent 2 seasons with coach Chris Aceto doing 13 shows, the Aceto-Mostafa partnership failed dismally in bringing a dry package to either of the shows. Show after show he came in soft and off.
