SBU AT ARNOLD BRAZIL: 2 Days Out Posing Video
Sibusiso Kotelo has just dropped a physique update 2 days out from competing at the Arnold Classic Brazil.
African bodybuilder Sibusiso took to Instagram to share a posing video with his coach "Jack The Sheriff" displaying his physique with hours left till he competes at the world renowned bodybuilding show.
He is still in his depletion phase. In this phase of preparation a bodybuilder take 1 - 3/4 days where they are consuming minimal carbs (often zero carbs) in order to drop any little access fat and water their body may be carrying. It is done to make their physique look dry, their skin to appear thin and to make the details in each muscle more visible.
