Sibusiso Kotelo has checked in at the Arnold Classic in Brazil.
Look at that DEATHFACE!!! Sbu looks bone dry, his cheeks are sunk in and he ready for action.
A deathface is what a bodybuilder's face looks like when he is in shape and ready to compete. It is the result of two main factors put together:
1- Lack of water retention in the body as the athletes drinking distilled water which has no sodium in it (sodium causes to bold to hold water)
2- Low body fat percentage.
This leaves bodybuilders with a face with zero puffiness and they looks like they're about to die (hence the term "deathface")
Sbu had one message for his his competition going into the weekend competition.
