Female Wellness bodybuilding competitor Romelia Andrews shows her physiuqe transformation.
Romelia Andrews is a personal trainer and model, popularly known as the female face of USN supplements. Having spent years working on her body in the gym, she recently announced that she will be competiting in a bodybuilding show.
The Randfontein resident recently shared a post on IG showing just how far she's come and how much progress she has made.
This is what Romelia had to say regarding her transformation:
"I’m truly humbled by the changes I’ve seen in my body throughout the last few weeks. Although it has been mentally, emotionally and physically challenging, the progress makes it so worth it. As this is my first show prep, I had no idea what to expect, I only knew it was going to take a lot of discipline, sacrifice and hard work!"
