We know William Bonac for having the biggest and rounders muscle bellies in bodybuilding with arms the size of some peoples legs.
But what did he look like when he was starting out?
A video of William Bonac competing as an amateur has surfaced and its really funny seeing a small Bonac. It gives context into seeing how far he's come considering he's now one of the top 5 bodybuilders in the world.
This is what 'The Kumasi Conqueror' had to say about this video of himself:
"So this video got me laughing my ass off wich I shouldn’t do but I can’t help it I looked like I was warming up 4 kickboxing
Well at least I turned heads when I stepped on stage for the second time in my career. They all knew it from that day except myself!! 😂😂"
He then went on to encourage upcoming bodybuilders:
"On a serious note, I’m posting this for newly bodybuilders who are getting discouragement comments like you can’t pose, you’re never going to be a pro, you will never win a pro show, you’re too small, your waist is too big, you should cut your hair bla bla bla always coming from those who never achieved something in life general.I can’t even count how many pro shows I have won. I’m 2019 @mrolympiallc runner up. And a two times @arnoldsports Champ & I’m not even done yet!!!
