Ariesgog 128kg physique update
South African superheavyweight bodybuilder Armand 'Ariesgog' Nel posted his first update in the prep for Muscle Mulisha Grand Prix.
The 25 year old monster bodybuilder and coach took to Instagram to on Thursday to firstly announce his participation in the Muscle Mulisha Grand Prix regional qualifier. He also shared an impressive physique update where he is 28 weeks weighing a whopping 125kgs.
