Classic or Open for Sandile?
South African bodybuilder Sandile Nkosi revealed the advice he got from Milos 'the brain' Sarcev about his physique.

Sandile has been knocking on the door of that IFBB Pro Card over the past 2 seasons. Last season at the NPC African he competed in both open bodybuilding where he won his class made it to overall and in classic physique (lost to Youri Mukuna in his class).
Going into the 2023 season he was always likely to compete in both in the quest for Pro status, but going forward which division is he likely to succeed in?
