Why Thandazane is taking 2023 off

South African bodybuilder Thandazane Ntsimbi has confirmed with gmanathi.com that he will not be competing in 2023.



Thandazane had a great 2022 where he got his Protea colours and represented South Africa in Spain at the annual World Bodybuilding Championships. This year however he won't be competing at all. 





He will be taking the year off because he will be focusing on his coaching business Iron Empire Coaching. One of the biggest talents Samkelo Nqoko is on his team.
