Justine Begins Prep for H&H

 

South African PCA bikini bodybuilder Justine Holmes has just begun her prep for upcoming H&H classic.

Justine recently moved over to the PCA from a different federation and she details how she feels at home in the organisation.

PCA made me feel super comfortable and like a family literally from the start, they are very accommodating and before I moved I had 10000s of questions and they answered them extremely quickly Even the competitors are all there to help each other.

Now Justine is keen to make her mark on the bodybuilding stage as she begins he prep for the H&H Classic. She believes that conditioning is her strong point and that's the main aspect she'll be looking to exploit the other competitors on.

I always try and bring my best conditioning , I am able to get quite lean so I use that to my advantage. And then just overall shape in all my muscle groups , I’m never satisfied, I always want better😂
