Muscle Manzy Runs It Back with the Coach Who Made Him a Pro
Malawi's 1st ever IFBB Pro Emmanuel Muhuwa popularily known as Muscle Manzy is back with his old coach Armand nel.
He just announced on Instagram that he is reuniting with Armand Nel – the coach with whom he won his IFBB Pro card back in 2022. They split right after the show but Manzy has gone since gone onto compete twice in the Pro League (212).
