Ryno O’Kelly Ties the Knot

This past weekend was one for the books as my dawg, Ryno O’Kelly a officially said "I do". to his long-time partner and soulmate, Johandri. One of the most hardworking, principled, conscientious men you can ever meet , a thoroughbred straight out of Bloem. 

Ryno and I only met last year. It was supposed to be a quick lunchtime business meeting — he was working for Nutritech at the time. Fast forward a few hours, and we ended up leaving at like 6 PM, still deep in bodybuilding banter. 

Remember our conversation backstage at the Superbodies show where he revealed to me that his then-fiance now wife is expecting their child. The joy in his eyes! Even under the bright stage lights and all the competition chaos, he was completely grounded, completely present, completely happy.

This couldn't have happened to anyone more deserving. Ryno, you've put in the work — in the gym, in your career, and most importantly, in your relationships. Now you get to reap the rewards.

Here's to you and Johandri — may your marriage be as strong as your deadlift and as enduring as your love. Congratulations, my boy.
