IBFF Bodybuilding Calendar 2022

The bodybuilding calendar has been adjusted and relesed by the IBFF outlining their program for the rest of 2022.

IBFF federation is an officially registered federation that has been in existence from the year 2009. More than 50 countries from all continents are members of IBFF.

There are a lot of bodybuilding federations out there, IBFF,NABBA,NAC,WBFF,IFBB,WABBA,IBFA etc.. Each federation have their own set of rules regarding what they require of their athletes. You may find you like competing at contests affiliated with a particular federation more than another

In the IBFF, membership is free and athletes are all to compete in other federations out there. Choice for the IBFF is a basic right.
