Staying fit as a busy mother of two is obviously not the easiest thing in the world but Luyanda has managed to do so by using the Jumprope as her main tool.
Jumprope (skipping rope) is one of the best forms of cardio out there for many reasons:
- Time effective - you burn more calories in 15minutes of jumprope than in 30 minutes of running
- It's portable
- Cost effective
- Not much space is needed
For Luyanda to be looking this good after two pregnancies is a testament to the effectiveness of the rope.
