Sandile Nkosi shares his '6 Meals a Day' bodybuilding diet
Bodybuilder Sandile Nkosi was generous enough to share exactly what he eats in a day to fuel his body and maintain his colossal physique.
Sandile King is a 25 year old bodybuilder who represented his South Africa at the World Champs in 2021. The Nkandla native exceeded all expectations by placing 7th in the world and has indicated that he plans on improving on that placing this year.
He also recently signed with NPL supplements as one of their athletes so his career is on the up and looks to be progressing on all fronts.
TRAINING
It's incredibly rare that you find a bodybuilder at his level that doesn't train hard, they either push alot of weight or they train with a whole lot of volume. This is because to build muscle you must give the muscle cause to grow, and you do so by stressing it through hard exercise.
Diet is equally important though because you must feed your body the right marco's and nutrients that will help it build the necessary muscle tissue.
