Sbu dissapoints at Monsterzym Pro prejudging

South African bodybuilder Sibusiso Kotelo produced a dissapointing display at prejudging of Monsterzym Pro which leaves him with a mountain to climb if  he's to win the bodybuilding show.

Sibusiso Kotelo was the biggest and widest man in the line up but lacked his usual sharpness which opened the door for Mohammed Nsour who is in the lead after prejudging.

In what was expect to be a battle between Chul and Kotelo, Nsour came out looking harder and drier than the rest of the field boasting cross striated quads and amazing pop to take prejuding by storm.

WHY SBU ISN'T IN THE LEAD

1 - His glaze was off. Look at how the guys either side of him looks in comparison, they stand out and he doesn't. It's something he can easily fix tomorrow.

2 - He looked flat. The muscle didn't seem to be pushing up against the skin so hard which made him lack pop, look slightly watery and lack his usual wow factor. The Kid Prodigy did indicate that he'd be carbing up for finals so lets hope that fixes the issue.

3 - He has shallow abs. His coach Jack Lotter doesn't seem to think its necessary for him to include isolated abs training exercises in Sbu's training. But when you compare his midsection to the guys in the guys he's fighting for 1st place it's like night and day. Look at how deep the abs on Chul and Mansour are in comparison to Sbu's. It's a definite weak point which he must improve on if he harbours hope of becoming a top Olympian one day.
