Powerlifter Nicolaas Du Preez can become a Pro Bodybuilder this year
Nicolas Du Preez is known as one of South Africa's best powerlifters and he will have a chance to compete for his IFBB Pro Card in December.
I've written articles about him before, he's probably the face of Powerlifting in this country right now from a popularity stand point. But catch this: he decided to chance his hand at competing in a bodybuilding show - and he actually won Overalls.
That means he beat every other bodybuilder in his category and we could have a case of a powerlifter become a pro bodybuilder.
Not only enjoyed it a lot, but learned so much about myself and my body. Taking this as a learning curve for 3 December and any other future bodybuilding endeavors▪️Already mapped out my prep for the Pro Show,, knowing where improvements are needed I'll be bringing an even better package for that Pro Card.
