The Viking Turns Pro at NPC African

 

South African bodybuilder Tyrone 'The Classic Viking' Jagger won the Mens Physique overall thus earning his IFBB Pro card at the NPC African on 4 December 2022.

I interviewed him a few weeks ago and he was confident that his hard worm will pay off. I personally think it was a masterstroke for him to switch from classic to Mens Physique and to be honest his classic style posing/positioning is what set him above the rest of the competition.

When you analyse his physique relaxed, he's got strong round shoulders but everything else is ok. Chest is ok, abs are ok. The presentation however is on a whole other level. It makes him stand out and at the end of the day the judges had no option but to reward him his PRO Card.
