Blessing's 6 word message to her competition
South African womens physique bodybuilder Blessing Christopher has sent out a strong message to her competition ahead of the Andrew Jacked regional show.
Blessing has made her intentions for the 2023 season very clear in her recent statement. She will compete in both womens physique and in womens bodybuilding and she asked what her goals were for the season this is what she had to say:
