Emely pushing hard this offseason

South African wellness bodybuilder Emely Tembe is pushing hard to make improvements to her physique this offseason




The Bloemfontein native last competed in 2021 a year in which she took 2 first places. She particularly produced a flawless display at the Bigman Weekend Regional qualifier where she wow'd the crowds with the complete package she presented.







Emely is now in full off-season mode, looking to improve on the package and possibly challenge for a PRO card come December at the NPC African.
