Niel Hamman won his IBFF Pro Card last month at the IBFF All Africa Cup. To get to know the man better here are 5 interesting facts about the bodybuilder.

Working for the world renowned at EV Stellenbosch, Niel sells property specialising in residential, commercial and developments

3. Niel been competing in bodybuilding for 11 years.  Goes to show that there is no such thing as overnight success in the sport of bodybuilding. It has taken him 11 years of constant hard work to earn his Pro card.

4. Being a bodybuilder Niel also shares his vast knowledge in the sport doing work as an off season and contest prep bodybuilding coach. 

5. He was a junior Protea gymnast.

 Sport has always been an area he has excelled in, its no surprise that from the age of 5-13 he did provincial and national level gymnastics.
