5 facts about PCA Pro Caryn Schuster
Caryn Schuster earned her PCA Pro bodybuilding Card last week Saturday as she smashed the competition to take the wellness overall title.
Get to know her better, here are 5 interesting facts about the Port Elizabeth born bodybuilder.
1. Caryn is the Ultimate Sleeper Bod
When I step into the gym, I normally wear really baggy clothing, not intentionally but to train super hard and comfortably so when people see me on social media or on stage it is like they seeing two different people.
2. She turned PRO within 12 months of competing.
What is even more impressive is that PCA SA's competition was only her third time ever competing.
3. She has always dreamt of being a Fitness cover girl.
Caryn explains how in the near future she hopes a renowned brand will present this opportunity to her.

That is big time Eastern Cape bodybuilder Royston Johannes. They actually competed together in a PCA compedition and ended up winning the couples title.
Her words are not minced when she talks about her goals in the sport since turning pro:
My goal is to be an undeniable, unbeatable, undefeated Pro, not just a Pro. We will be having an intense off season to evolve and bring an even bigger, better package for my first Pro debut in 2024.
