Throwback: Abongile at OR Tambo NOC
South African bodybuilder Abongile Bhele had a very strong 2023. He joined the NPC federation, competed at the biggest regional (Andrew Jacked Classic) ,won his class convincingly only to be pipped by Wesley Dames in overalls.
He also attempted to win R100 000 at the OR Tambo Night of Champions which was won by Layfitness.
