Tshego Koke. From the TV screen to the bodybuilding stage
He says what really drew his attention to the sport was watching the Generation Iron 2013 doccie that covered the Phil Heath and Kai Greene rivlary. Tshego's always been into gym and working out so now he here - embarking on this bodybuilding journey to the Pro Card.

He competed at the NPC johannesburg regional last week where he placed 4th in his Mens Physique class.
Make no mistake, his participation is BIG for the sport here in SA!
To win a Pro Card Tshego must:
✔Compete at a regional
⏳Compete at the Pro Qualifier (in December 2024)
⏳Place 1st in your height class at the Pro Qualifier
⏳All those who win their height classes will go against one another and the winner there will be awarded a Pro Card
