WATCH: Muz Monster delivers a heartfelt message ahead of Empro Pro
South African IFBB Pro Bhekumuzi Maluleke, known as "Muz Monster," has delivered a heartfelt message following his final training session before an upcoming competition.
In an emotional video, Maluleke expressed deep gratitude to the community that shaped him:
"I hope this journey is not just for me, but for each and every kid back at home who wants to do something great with their lives. It's always important to remember where you come from and never forget the people that were always there for you."

He paid tribute to a welder that built his own gym—who groomed him as a young athlete, and to Mxolisi, who gave him access to weights in 2007, marking the very start of his bodybuilding journey.

Maluleke also reflected on his failure to qualify for the Olympia last year, framing it as a vital lesson:
"The failures are what actually makes us better. If you can pick yourself out of those moments and still keep on going, the world is truly your oyster."

He extended thanks to his coach Federico Focherini, his wife Nompumelelo, and Doorman Nutrition for their unwavering support.
Now, with his sights set on an Olympia qualification, Maluleke left the youth of White City with these words:
"Never, never, never, never, ever, ever forget why you started. I've found peace, I've found myself, and I've found what it truly means to be a true gentleman."
