Kenny Mokhonoana Wins at Cage Warriors 210 in Dublin
Dublin — Kenny Mokhonoana secured a unanimous decision victory over former Cage Warriors featherweight champion Solomon Simon at Cage Warriors 210 on Saturday night.
The bout, contested in the lightweight division, served as the main card opener at the RDS Arena in Dublin. All three judges scored the contest 29-28 in favour of Mokhonoana.
The win represents a significant step up in competition for the Irish-based fighter, who holds a professional record of 5-2-0. Simon, a former champion, entered the bout as a stern test, but Mokhonoana's composure across three rounds proved decisive.
Mokhonoana, known as "Black Diamond," fights out of SBG Ireland. At 6'0" with a 73-inch reach, he has previously competed under the Bellator banner and most recently defeated Grant Ogborne at Cage Warriors 200 in February via unanimous decision.
The victory over Simon adds a notable name to Mokhonoana's CV and positions him for further opportunities in the Cage Warriors lightweight division
