Tremaine OUT of December NPC African

Bikini bodybuilder Tremaine Mcaster confirmed to gmanathi.com that she will indeed miss to upcoming NPC African.

Tremaine qualified and competed at the NPC African which was held in May. She and her coach Jeremy have now decided its best foe to sit out the upcoming Pro Qualifier go into full off season mode and add mass to her physqiue.

She made it to the final 12 of the Biogen Face Of Fitness so she's obviously in the kitchen cooking but would have loved to see her battle it out on the stage. Going on recent performances and results she's top 5 current bikini amateurs and could've easily taken then card home home and become Mzansi's Next Pro.

Tremaine confirmed that she wouldnt be doing the Pro Qualifier.

I'll be honest and say bikini is one of the harder categories to understand and judge because the athletes must be lean but not too dry or hard. Their legs must be smooth but they should present a defined midsection, round glutes and strong shoulders. 

Well we'll see what she has in store next season I guess. If they're substantial then that makes her an early fabourite to be the bikini athlete that graduates in 2023.
